Belgian Artisan Chocolate Workshop in Brussels
This hands-on chocolate workshop in Brussels suits chocolate lovers seeking an authentic bean-to-bar experience led by certified artisan makers.
Description
Join a Belgian chocolate workshop run by certified artisan chocolate makers recognized by the Belgian government. You will create your own chocolates including mendiants, truffles, and a personalized chocolate bar, which you can package and take home.
The workshop guides you through the chocolate-making process from cacao plantations to production in the Brussels facility. You will taste raw cacao beans, cacao liquor, and several premium origin cacaos from different countries.
The activity takes place in a 150 m² air-conditioned training centre equipped to welcome up to 60 participants. Hairnets are provided and must be worn during the workshop. Water dispensers and accessible restrooms are available. Dress accordingly for the cool room temperature.
Workshops run three times daily at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:00 PM. The workshop is conducted in English, with additional French and Italian spoken by the team.
The chocolate used is premium quality, 100% traceable, and sourced responsibly to ensure no deforestation, no child labor, and fair income for farmers. The workshop partners with Les Clefs d’Or, an international hospitality association.
After the workshop, you can visit the bean-to-bar chocolate production area to see the transformation of cacao beans into fine chocolate. This is the only certified artisan chocolate workshop of its kind in Brussels.
