Such a relaxing experience, it was our first time, we did the bath which stayed hot the whole time and totally relaxed our bodies, we also had a face massage, went outside, did the sauna and cold shower, slept like a baby, will definitely be back. My friend and I reserve 2 baths next to each other and with the curtain, it felt relaxing and private. After a few nights of partying in the city, the bath experience was exactly what we needed. The 2 attending ladies were nice and professional and the place clean. Bring your own conditionner & lotion for afterwards because only shampoo is provided in the cold shower area. Especially if you are not a client of the hotel.
A very lovely experience! Like all spas in Brussels, definitely on the expensive side. Some practical tips: - You will receive towels and a kimono, and bathing and sauna are nude (if you feel comfortable with that). So you don't need to bring bathing clothes unless you want to. This is important to note because some other spas in Brussels insist on bathing clothes. - You can put things in a locker - The massage I had was on the softer side, but done by a professional who clearly knew what muscles I had aches with - You can ask for a 2nd towel and a refill of water - They have a whole sake and mochi menu, and in addition to 1 completementary mochi and drink, you can order more if you want - There is only 1 shower and small changing room, but it has free body wash and shampoo. No blow dryer as I think it is assumed that guests staying at the hotel are using the spa and can therefore shower in their rooms - You don't need to be there in advance, right on time is good - There is no common relaxation room after the sauna, but there is a meditation mat in a corner that you can use, and also pull a curtain around it to get privacy
