Really lovely friendly staff, exceptional service and pleasant rooms with small minibar, fresh water provided each morning. Lovely dining area and library for relaxing with a book. Breakfast is lovely and fresh, self service buffet, approx €30 pp. Overall we had a wonderful time and would happily stay again! A very short walk to the centre of Brussels (4/5 min) makes it a perfect location
Single night pitstop at this hotel and it was great! Great location, easy to access popular spots in the city, and a stones throw from the train station. Staff were very friendly, and the room was lovely. Comfortable bed & very spacious bathroom. Our windows faced another building with offices/ apartments- this doesn’t bother me, we had curtains, but if you are particular about having a view it may be something to consider. I would absolutely stay here again!
Ideal location and very good breakfast spread and quality. What totally gives this hotel a 6 star is the service. From guest services at reception to the restaurant staff, everyone made our stay super welcoming. Special mention to Rym, Nasilda, Antonina and especially Elisa who went out of the way to help us with a lost package! Thank you!
Marwan at the front desk was a fantastic help. So friendly, he recommended things to do and offered helpful information on brussels. He also got us a taxi rather quickly as flagging one down would have taken much longer. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the cleaning staff did an amazing job. Food and cocktails in the restaurant were wonderful. The hotel is in a great location.
Our experience here was very good. It is a chic and trendy hotel in an excellent location. Having multiple bolts and vois right outside was very handy for us and i would definitely recommend using them. Service was great in the bar however the front desk was very slow. Only one there most of the time causing a line in reception. The rooms were very clean and the water was a nice touch. No mirror anywhere near a plug or on the desk making getting ready a bit hard along with the lack of natural light in rooms. Overall, i would recommend this hotel in Brussels for its exceptional location.
