Hotel is Beautifully decorated, parking is on sight (underground) with little signage or instructions. All the front desk staff were not very friendly the entire 3days we interacted with them. The rooms are older, they do have A/C but its stuffy, when we arrived the ajoininh room for our kiddos were no unlocked and we had to wait for them to come unlock everything. The bathroom for the adults room had no hand towels or wash clothes and the refrigerator did not work. The kids room had hand towels, clothes, and a working refrigerator. Over all it was an ok stay for a couple of days.
It is a nice location where there are many restaurants and parks nearby and fairly close to the center. It is a typical business hotel. The gym however is super nice and very large with a lot of equipment and classes for free, one of the best at hotels. The rooms are a bit dated but still functional and clean. The breakfast restaurant was always very busy the few days I was there, and there was not enough staff to service the guests. Overall a good experience.
Excellent hotel located in a lovely part of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really great and a good range of foods on offer. The only downside was that the rooms were oddly dusty (I don't know where the dust kept coming from! The staff were definitely cleaning it but then it got dusty again), and there was a small maintenance issue in our room (leaking tap). It's a shame that the pool was closed for renovations but not much we can do about that. Overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
Great location if you need a room close to the EU buildings. Had a fairly uneventful stay- but with multiple people asking to repair the bathroom (it wasn’t broken) and papers taped over the vents in the room when I arrived (?!?!) Otherwise, the room was clean, large, and well fitted. Room service was tasty and arrived early. Staff at check in were helpful despite my not speaking any French or German.
