We had an outstanding experience with this hotel, even after our stay had ended. Our luggage was accidentally left behind in Brussels, and Christina and her team went above and beyond over several weeks to help us get it back to Australia. They not only safely stored our bags, but also opened them on our behalf, removed items that couldn’t be shipped, and managed the entire process of preparing them for international delivery. Christina was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us every step of the way. This level of service is rare and truly exceptional. A huge thank you to Christina and the team — we are extremely grateful.
My daughter left her very important bunny on the shuttle bus, the hotel team help us a lot to find the bunny back and ship it to my home. They keep update the status to us , and when they found the bunny they sent me a photo. It’s so sweet of them,my daughter was so happy when she got the bunny back. For the hotel itself located in very convenient location if you want to go to airport next day. The shuttle bus is convenient and the hotel is clean and with very good service . We parked our car there for 15days, very good deal for park sleep and fly!
Great service overall! My daughter stayed there during a school trip and she left behind her ring. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they assisted me in locating and getting it back. Many thanks especially to Christina Cascio the operations manager and Nathalie Martinez the housekeeping manager who quickly found it and helped me retrieve it without any hassle. Such honesty and care are rare to find!
It may not be the most modern hotel in the area, but the rooms are exceptionally clean and maintained with impressive attention to detail. The staff are both friendly and professional, contributing to an overall experience that offers excellent value for money. I would gladly return in the future.
HOTEL WITH SMALL ROOMS, LIMITED BREAKFAST AND RUDE RECEPTIONIST Morning 8am 21st March 2026 Location - Few mins from airport. It's in a hotel complex Parking - Lot of parking place. Including bus Rooms - Relatively smaller rooms. Bathroom is also much smaller. Holiday Inn express is better. Breakfast - Typical European spreads of breads, eggs, coffee and salads. Scrambled eggs got finished and they didn't replace it. Service - V Bad attitude from receptionist. We had checked in as group tour and when we checked out, she demanded 5 Euros as city tax. We said, we are part of group, but she still insisted ' I want you to pay now ' . Didn't bother to check . Then I had to call tour guide to intervene. Then driver of our bus also had same issue and she spoke in rude tone. IF YOUR HOTEL IS SMALL, BREAKFAST SUCKS, ATLEAST TELL YOUR STAFF TO BEHAVE DECENTLY. YOU JUST LOST BUSINESS OF 15 PEOPLE A MONTH.
