The room was very large clean and comfortable. I recommend ear plugs or white noise because the partying outside goes all night long. But this is a good trade off because the location is so central you will appreciate it being just steps from everything you will want to do. The staff was fantastic! They mailed some postcards for me so I didn’t have to figure out how to buy stamps and where to mail. However, I kinda wish their WiFi network was secure, and not wide open, and I wish the TV had YouTube. But now I’m nitpicking…
3.5 stars. A great price and an excellent location, right in the heart of downtown. Didn't hear any noise from the streets from the room. The included breakfast was a nice touch! The rooms themselves get the job done, nothing of note. The bathrooms and especially shower left a lot to be desired. Our room was not in the cleanest shape. But for the price and the location this hotel did what it needed to!
Excellent location, so easy for the Grand Place, Central Station and the museums. All an easy walk away. Lots of dining options near and far plus recommendations from the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the luggage storage after checkout was really well done too. We had two rooms joined by a (slightly rickety but actually fine) spiral staircase so the kids were just upstairs - and there was separate corridor access to both floors, good for heavy luggage.
Stayed for a long weekend early March 26 (just back) fabulous location with restaurants, bars and the Grand Place on your doorstep. Friendly welcome and all round good service from all of the staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable for our stay. Breakfast was adequate with a nice choice. Being in a great location the downside of being a little noisy outside especially in the early hours of Saturday morning from the exuberant young ones who’d had a few too many Stellas…but not too bad as we had a room at the back. Thanks for making our stay a memorable and happy one.
We had such a lovely stay! Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was tasty. The whole place felt welcoming and well cared for. The only small suggestion would be to refresh the bathroom a bit, but overall, we truly enjoyed our time here. The current rating of 3.9 feels way too low - this hotel definitely deserves a higher score!
