Extra clean and spacious rooms.. Hotel is in a quite neighborhood and close to important destinations.. Very friendly and supportive staff..
Room is very basic but you get one free water. If you do eco stay they give you a „drink“ (declining room cleaning). I assumed it would be able to select a drink as in cocktail or beer but you can only get water or soft drink. I had to discuss with the employee as he said we did not have eco stay. We did however, as no cleaning happened. Apart from that there was some fire drill so we had to walk out by stairs and it was super hot in the staircase. When asking employee what is happening, they didn’t tell me. So everyone just stop around clueless. Check out experience was better because the refund happened quickly (they overcharged me). All in all, it’s good for business stay but don’t expect more than that.
Good hotel.But they miss my request that I sent 2 weeks before my stay to prepare any surprise to my wife since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.
Absolutely excellent stay at the NH Brussels Stéphanie. The location is perfect – central yet calm, with everything within walking distance. As a GHA Titanium member, I truly appreciated the recognition and service level. A special thank you to the team for organizing a small surprise for my mother’s 70th birthday – such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Also, a big thank you to Ariana at the reception – she was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back!
