Brasserie de l'Expo
Brussels

We visited 3 brasseries during our visit to Brussels. They were all excellent, but this one was the clear winner by far. Stopped by on a whim while visiting the Atomium area, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made this entire vacation. I wholly recommend the Moules Crème à l'ail - they were THE best mussels I had during my stay in Brussels. The Flemish Stew and Vol au vent also held their own, and I'm confident that these dishes are an excellent representation of Belgian cuisine. The staff were exceptionally patient and understanding with us as well ;) Loved this place, and will certainly return on my next visit.
Brasserie de l'Expo offers good service and good-quality food in a pleasant setting. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything we ordered was well prepared. While the overall experience was enjoyable, nothing particularly stood out as extraordinary.
Food and service were excellent, coffee was amazing, owner was kind and funny. We will definitely revisit.
very good service… we enjoyed the food in good atmosphere… Thank you.
Hidden gem near the Atomium. Beautiful setting with a long history and old-time vibes. Since it re-opened like a year ago, it's less the 'high end fish-restaurant' and more accessible bistrot-food. On the menu: good Belgian classics, served with a big smile. And ! a very accessible dish of the day 7/7. So.. visitors & locals, a place worth visiting!
