Reviews
Bar Magritte is lovely, and our bar tender Gaetan was so welcoming and kind. My partner and I have been dabbling with non alcoholic options recently and it can be challenging in some places to find zero proof cocktails and na beverages that still give the same experience at the bar. Gaetan was so contentious about making sure that we enjoyed our drinks, and he made us feel completely at home. The atmosphere is eclectic and cool, and the presentation of each drink is also so thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend this bar for a date or special occasion : ).
We had such a wonderful experience at Bar Magritte in Brussels. The atmosphere is elegant and unique, but what truly made our evening special was the incredible hospitality. Denise, the manager, was warm, welcoming, and made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Gaytano, our bartender, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. His knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for creating exceptional cocktails really stood out. He didn’t just make drinks—he created an experience. It’s rare to find a place where the service is as memorable as the setting. Thank you Denise and Gaytano for making our evening in Brussels so special. We’ll definitely be back!
I had a truly wonderful experience at Bar Magritte. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and elegant, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening. A special thank you to Denis, whose warm hospitality and genuine, friendly approach made me feel incredibly welcome. His attention to detail and positive energy really elevated the whole experience. I would also like to highlight Mirko for his exceptional cocktails – each one was beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the passion and skill behind every drink. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable visit. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
We celebrated a friend’s birthday here and it was a truly special night! The cocktails are incredibly refined and full of character! Love the surrealist theme reflecting the spirit of Brussels. The team is attentive, always ready to advise on the best choice for you and Denis, who runs the bar, made the whole experience feel so personal. He even created a special birthday moment for us! Honestly, this was even beyond the level of service you expect from a five-star hotel. Definitely coming back.
Top notch. Great service. Drinks and food on point. Sit back and let the staff take over. A good amount of solo travelers with books and kindles but not much conversation. It’s the place you wish were 30 percent more extroverted….
