Reviews
My first visit years ago left a very positive impression, but unfortunately second time just recently did not live up to expectations. Service was polite at most, with little character or warmth. Each dish was served by the waiters, but we had to wait until the maitre D came by our table to explain what the dishes were each time because they've set it up such that only he can explain the dishes to the guests. This meant we sometimes had to sit with our dishes and wait until he came as he was busy with other guests, which was not great for the experience. Food was good but could be more memorable - I was looking for more interesting combinations of flavor and texture but they played it fairly safe with the ingredients. Taste was therefore a bit more two dimensional and presentation could have been better. Atmosphere was okay but felt a bit empty - no music played, interior felt somewhat cold as very minimalistic with little to no decorations. Overall okay, but had expected more knowing the Michelin star rating.
