This lovely place took me and 2 other friends in last minute, had us all in the same room at the same time, which was great. The massage in itself was definitely rough, for the most part it felt good, just a bit rushed. The massage was very deep and intensive, but very much what we needed. The only issues we had was that the room wasn’t dark during our massage and our time there was very rushed. Upon arrival, they were hurrying us— which kind of took away from the ambiance of the spa. Even after the massage was done, they started changing the sheets as we were trying to get our clothes back on. Alongside that, we didn’t know that it was a cash only spa, and we didn’t carry much cash. The cash part wasn’t mentioned beforehand to us, so at checkout they looked a bit frustrated and we had to go to an atm across the street where the exchange rate for us was an extra £60 (which was why we used Visa for mostly everything up until then).
You get a deep tissue therapeutic massage here. Yes it's uncomfortable and yes it hurts and is not relaxing (only relaxing after you've been here a dozen times). Like someone wrote, this is on a whole other level 😂 These ladies have helped me a great deal. Even skipping my bi-weekly chiropractor sessions. My chiropractor clearly stated that he could see the good work they do here. Most of them speak only Chinese. What is there to talk about? It's a massage parlor, not your shrink. Yes you pay cash. If you want a relaxing massage stay away. If you want a profound healing massage this is the place to be.
