Pet friendly hotel! We traveled with our cat and stayed in a room with our own small kitchen. The hotel is right next to a metro station and you can also walk to the city center if you wish to. The only thing that I could say is that you can hear the cars on the street. Otherwise everything was good 🙂
Located in walking distance to the metro and EU Parliamentarium. They offer luggage storage and the staff was very helpful. Water pressure in the shower is outstanding. One con about the location was there was street noise in the room which meant on a Saturday night being awoken several times by people passing by. Breakfast was good and would likely stay again if in the area.
For visiting European institutions the hotel was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the little kitchen was super helpful, the staff was really friendly. In comparison to the hotels around the value for money is good. Recommendation: As there were several problems with WiFi, TV and the access cards, the IT system should be revised.
Our stay was fantastic. We traveled for my son’s graduation, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They kindly allowed us to have a small celebration in the restaurant area, and they were attentive to us at all times. The hotel’s location is excellent—you can walk to the center of Brussels in about 20 minutes, and the walk is beautiful. I would definitely come back without a doubt.
Overall the stay was pleasant, but the room is not what they promise in the photos or descriptions. It says there's a stove, but the truth is, if you cook on it, the whole room will smell and the smoke alarm will probably go off. The size for a two-person room is ridiculous, and the bed is...Ridiculously small, it's two single beds pushed together and of questionable comfort. The wardrobe is fine for one person, but too small for two.
