Very surprised about all the 5 star ratings after having eaten here. The burger was unseasoned, with more bread than patty. I've eaten a smash burger before and the meat isn't supposed to be bland and lost in the bun. Also real onions please! The itty bitty "crispy" onions were soggy and just as lost as the patty. And the amount of fries was pretty sad. After we asked for ketchup with our meal we got just two tiny portions for 4 people. I'd rather them drop the wet wipes from the budget instead of being stingy with the condiments. It's also not clear that the "drinks" included in the menu exclude beer or lemonade. This isn't mentioned anywhere on the menu or in the fridge where the drinks are. You have to pay extra for those which is fine, but make that clear upfront for a better customer experience. Regarding atmosphere, we were the only ones in line and yet the person behind the till took a while until they finally acknowledged and served us. The servers seemed friendly enough but also rushed and disorganized. We ate upstairs where it was pretty dark even during the day and the toilet was messy.
Halal and Really enjoyed the smash burger experience! Juicy, crispy edged and packed with flavour. The burger was fresh, hot and perfectly cooked. No bad smell. Great combination of flavours and generous portions. Definitely worth trying… I will be happily go back!
