Excellent experience at Sir Kwinten. The staff was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire lunch. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, the dining room remained relatively quiet and calm thanks to the acoustic panels, which really make a difference and contribute greatly to the overall comfort of the experience. We chose the 6-course lunch menu and every dish was exquisite: perfect cuisson, classical foundations combined with surprising and intelligent flavour combinations, all executed with great precision. The non-alcoholic drink pairing was superb as well and clearly prepared with the same level of care and creativity as the food. Overall, a truly refined and enjoyable experience. I will definitely come back.
