We went there to try gastronomy in Brussels, I have to say that my mom and I had a wonderful evening. The waiters and waitresses were simply wonderfully nice, super caring and helpful. I want to say thank you again to the cooks who did such a beautiful, tasteful and novatrice job. The R&D is incredible and everything was just mesmerising!!! The deserts were so great as well - I highly recommend going there if you have the means. All the passion and love for nature and taste in one place !
We went here to celebrate my birthday and were taken care of! We chose the full menu with non alcoholic pairing. It was delicious from beginning until the end. The amuses were the perfect start to the tone and the desserts (with pumpkin and parsnip) were perfectly balanced. Since the menu is local and seasonal, we will definitely come back in a couple of months!
