We ate at Brasserie Horizon once for dinner and another time during their breakfast buffet during our stay at Mövenpick Hotel Brussels Airport. It's a new and lovely brasserie! Pros: > Irish steak and Bouchées à la Reine during dinner were impeccable > Very beautiful brasserie with modern and elegant decors > Staff are professional and friendly Cons: > Breakfast buffet could improve with more warm foods. The sausage was bland. > The sparkling wine my husband had during the breakfast buffet had cork. > 1 bar staff did not know how to make an Irish coffee. My husband had to teach him on the spot
