Really nice bar with one of the best views in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed, the location is great, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable, especially for the beer considering the view you get. It is the kind of place where you can easily stay for a couple of hours, enjoy a drink, and just appreciate the surroundings. The pitas were also very good, fresh, tasty, and perfect to have with a cold beer. The food is simple but works really well for the setting, especially if you are looking for something casual rather than a full meal. One thing I would personally love to see is Stella Artois available on draft. For a bar in Belgium, and especially with such a nice atmosphere, having Stella on tap would make the experience even better. Overall, I really enjoyed the place. Good beer prices, tasty pitas, a beautiful view, and a relaxed atmosphere make it very easy to recommend. Definitely a spot I would come back to, especially on a sunny afternoon or around sunset when the view becomes even nicer. Great value for the location, and overall a very pleasant experience.
Very nice atmosphere, food is average, drinks are very good! Chicken pita was my choice.
Lovely and trendy bar located in a former grain silo along the water with a beautiful terrace in the renewed and vibrant Vaartkom neighbourhood in Leuven. The menu has a nice selection of unique and creative foodoptions (pitas, fingerfood and small dishes to share) for both lunch and dinner. I have been there a couple of times and the dishes I had were all very delicious but a bit overpriced. Great location with a cool art-nouveau and sixties look interior and super friendly staff.
