Very creative and tasty Cusine. Although it’s rather 6 amuse bouche than tasting menu. The most disappointing was, that two of six courses where actually bread 😂 Beautiful flavours combined with nice drinks but C’mon feed your guests! Not worth it for 190e
We were here last year, and I have thought a lot about this review. The truth is, it just didn't meet our expectations. There is attention to detail (the plates touching the table at the same time) but sometimes we felt rushed when plates were almost taken before we finished - and when listening to the explanation of the same dishes at the table next to us, we noticed that sometimes we were given the wrong information... maybe this was because two of the servers weren't comfortable speaking in English (we spoke Dutch with the other two members of staff) but it really is a shame. The food itself was pleasant but sometimes felt very similar (zero waste) and it lacked a bit of excitement for us. I'll end with the positives: the drink pairing was absolutely wonderful, we really enjoyed the cocktails served. The maitre d' was friendly and answered our questions well, and we liked the extra touches such as showing us the freshly harvested Belgian saffron. Those stories make an experience unique! We were also given a lovely surprise dessert for our anniversary, which was a nice touch. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance was pleasant as well.
Creative, delicious vegan cuisine in an elegant yet fun space. Staff were charming and attentive. The tasting menu and pairings were amazing!
What to say about this place... 5 out of 5 does not give it justice. Simply exquisite, sumptuous and nothing I have ever tasted before. We had a special tasting menu prepared by HxH and a Spanish restaurant. All courses were absolutely exquisite and original. The service was flawless, informative, attentive. The drink pairings were amazing and delicious. The whole dinner was actually quite filling. Definitely coming back and can highly recommend this.
A vegan friend was in town and she never realized how tense she was at non-vegetable based restaurants! I was intrigued by a zero waste restaurant which uses only local vegetables! 🤩😍❤️ We were blown away!!! From the atmosphere, the service and of course the food 😍🥰😍❤️ we paired the food with on-alcoholic drinks 🍸 and what a treat it was! 🤩🤩 Some excerpts - Absolutely recommend!!
