Cosmos Restaurant
Brussels
Reviews
We had a wonderful dinner at Cosmos. Recently open restaurant with food focused on vegetables and fish. Really nice kitchen, not too big of restaurant. New discovery in Brussels that is worth the go!
An exquisitely composed menu, a very well chosen wine package, and a high level of service. Delicious!
Overall opinion: Senza infamia né lode best describes the evening. Neither good nor bad, but for €80 per person, more would be expected. Atmosphere: A beautiful, well-decorated space that feels both warm and modern. One of the highlights. Service: The pacing was disappointing. With a 20:00 reservation, almost 2h later, we had only received the amuse-bouche and two small courses. The slow transitions and lack of efficiency affected the experience. Food: The white asparagus was the standout, well balanced with seafood. Bread is good and included, but refills must be requested. Overall, the food was fine but unmemorable. Wine pairing: Popular among guests, but no true non-alcoholic pairing is offered (only basic soft drinks). Overall: An okay experience, but not worth the price. I would not return or recommend.
If it were possible, this place would deserve 10 stars! Kevin, the chef, is an incredibly talented and creative artist. Both the flavors and the presentation of his dishes are exceptionally refined. With Philippe leading the drinks and service, the experience is flawless from start to finish—you simply can’t go wrong. Congratulations to the entire team! We’re already looking forward to our next visit… and might even return before our reservation in August. Can’t wait!
Super refined and balanced fine dining. Lovely place, atmosphere and beautiful interior. We will be back!
