Dans le Noir ? Brussels - Dining in the dark experience

I'm writing this review right after getting back from the restaurant. Great experience for both my partner & I. The food was delicious, very tasty, and interesting at the same time. And the revealing after the dinner is quite funny. I would like to highlight Said. What a man. They guy speaks 4-5 languages, and makes you feel very comfortable. He is kind and funny. Very very recommended. Now, when it comes to the atmosphere: the full darkness is perfect. Nothing negative to say about it. But what I can remark is the fact that people tend to be loud, even while being respectful, and I had some trouble to have a nice talk with my girlfriend. I do understand certain aspects about the fact that they sit us 6 people in 1 table. For instance, for the waiters, like Said, it's way easier to memorise where the references are if there are less tables and more guests in 1 table. Also the whole business may make more money this way. But I can't say it's pleasant for the customer. That is the only downside. For the rest, very good, 5 ⭐. Great experience. Thank you very much.
