Le Bonne Chère was by far one of the best, highly curated meals my wife and I have ever had. The service and attention to detail was above and beyond. Our server Jeremy was wonderful. One of the chefs delivered a few courses as the entire team is a well oiled machine that works in tandem to deliver the courses in a perfectly paced rhythm See the pics for the immaculate presentations. And yes, everything tasted as good as it looks…
Had an amazing time there! We’ve had the restaurant privatised for our wedding. EVERYTHING was delicious, scrumptious and what an awesome and delightful crew. From the kitchen to the servers, they were helpfull and just amazing. What a fantastic service, thank you very much!
My husband and I had dinner at La Bonne Chère for our anniversary and it was a wonderful, wholesome experience with phenomenal food. I’m not a professional food photographer and the pictures certainly don’t do it justice. The website had options for eating in the dining room or the kitchen. We chose the kitchen area because I thought it would be a particularly unique experience to get to see “behind the scenes.” It far exceeded my expectation because I expected there to be more than one table near the kitchen but it was just the one which made it even more intimate and special. It is also impressive to see how their kitchen operates: with efficiency, dedication, and precision. We had the opportunity to meet the chef, who was welcoming and humble. We chose to do the wine pairings with our meal and I am glad we did, they were all very good and thoughtfully chosen. The food was creative, fresh, and rich in flavor. Their menu changes seasonally and the ingredients are locally sourced. All the dishes were incredible but my favorite was the asparagus, brown crab and celery dish - I didn’t know asparagus could taste like THAT. Every single dish was impressive - don’t take my word for it, go try it for yourself!
We ate here in September for my birthday and it was without a doubt the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. The service, the food, the wine. Everything was incredible. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth every penny
