Nocturlabe is one of those rare restaurants that stays with you long after the last bite. From the moment you walk in, the experience feels intentional and alive. There is a visual storyline woven through the whole meal that makes it feel less like dinner and more like a journey. The team clearly cares deeply about what they are doing, and it shows in every detail. The host in particular is wonderfully warm and attentive, the kind of presence that sets the tone for the whole evening. A big thank you to her! The food is genuinely talented cooking: seasonal, thoughtful, and beautifully composed. Yes, there are mousses and foams, but they are earned here. Every element serves the dish, and everything on the plate belongs to the season it comes from. Nothing feels gratuitous. And then there was the cheese dish with green asparagus. I am not sure I have the words for it. It was so good that I walked the next day to a nearby shop just to buy the cheese and bring a little piece of that moment home. That is the kind of cooking that turns a meal into a memory. A round of applause to the talented (and also visually attractive) chefs! The five course menu is the way to go and, honestly, it is more than enough. You leave satisfied without ever feeling overwhelmed. This is the kind of place I would come back to again and again, and I fully intend to. If you have not been yet, go. And then go again when the season changes.
Our food and wine experience in Nocturlabe was truly exceptional and memorable. A cozy restaurant that surprised us a lot with the creativity of the chef, beautifully balanced flavours and great attention to details. Every meal was different, very flavourful and interesting. A real new gem with a very promising horizon on its way. Definitely coming back to try a new menu! The service was excellent and extremely attentive. A place to enjoy, disconnect and not rush!
