Great service, we were seated straightaway. There was an issue with one of our juices but the staff quickly brought over a new one and a complimentary pastry as an apology. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.
My experience at Cove was absolutely wonderful! The interior is very elegant, with creamy tones and orange accents that create a warm and cozy atmosphere. The customer service was perfect—the staff were incredibly polite and professional. As for the food, every dish was like a work of art with bold, distinct flavors that made each one special. The coffee was clearly expert-level and of the highest quality. I want to specifically thank the waiter, Hassan, for the excellent service and attention he provided. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!
Cove Brussels is a lovely place to take a break while exploring the city. It’s a great choice for a relaxed breakfast. 🍳 The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful—which, honestly, is something you don’t come across very often in Belgium. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The coffee ☕️ is above average, and the poached eggs 🥚 are a must-try. The sauce is absolutely delicious and turns every bite into a little flavor adventure. Don’t leave without trying one of their desserts as well. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, whether you’re meeting friends or simply enjoying some time on your own. A pleasant spot that’s definitely worth a visit.
This was one of the places on our list to try in Brussels and it definitely lived up to the hype. We came here for brunch and the food was absolutely delicious. Even though the place was quite busy the service was quick and efficient. We were seated at a lovely indoor table overlooking the street which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re a matcha lover this place is a must. I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was one of the best I’ve had. The matcha was rich and flavorful and complemented the meal perfectly. This is definitely a place worth visiting.
Visited Cove for brunch, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The place has a nice interior with good seating options, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Though was crowded and had to wait to find a table. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and smiley, which really added to the experience. One thing to note is that you need to secure a table first and then order at the till but food served at your table We ordered the poached eggs with amoked alamon and scrambled eggs from the breakfast menu, along with a green tea and a blueberry matcha, and finished with a tiramisu. The food was fresh and tasted good—the eggs were filling and satisfying, and the bread used in the scramble eggs plate was mind blowing! The smoked salmong was really unique, subtle smokiness with nice lemon soury aftertaste. The tiramisu was enjoyable, but I wouldn’t say it was very authentic. The cake layers resembled ladyfinger biscuits, which was a bit misleading, as it wasn’t made with traditional coffee-soaked biscuits. It was also quite sweet, which overpowered the cream and coffee flavours. That said, it was clearly freshly layered rather than scooped from a pre-made batch, which I appreciated. The main downside for me was the price-to-portion ratio. For what is offered, it felt a bit overpriced—our total came to around €55, and while the tiramisu portion was fair, €14 felt a bit too much. However the green tea is 5€ and its served as fresh leaf tea in a hot tea-pot which matches price to value Overall, it’s a good spot for brunch, though on the pricier side. The staff definitely elevate the experience, so thank you to the team, and keep being wonderful and smiley!
