Edited to include the year and photos that we did indeed visit this restaurant. Visited in March 2026 for lunch and opted for the full menu. The restaurant is a beautiful space, with a calm and quiet atmosphere. The bread trolley service was a lovely touch — the server was kind and attentive, and we were offered a good variety of breads regularly while waiting for the next courses. Unfortunately, the pacing of the meal was quite slow. At one point, we waited around 1.5 hours for the second or third course. I provided feedback about the delays at the end of the lunch. This also affected the wine pairing: by the time the food arrived, the accompanying wine had already been finished. The sommelier kindly topped it up a little, although it was almost finished by the time the course arrived, and on another occasion the wine arrived after we had already finished the course. There were a few other small service issues. My drink remained empty for quite some time and I wasn’t asked if I would like another, and when I eventually managed to get someone’s attention, it took a while for the new drink to arrive. During one course, the server Laurence also accidentally bumped or knocked into something at the table twice, which unfortunately affected the presentation of the food - she appeared very rushed. That said, the food itself was good, with the dessert being a particular highlight. The wine sommelier was friendly and knowledgeable, and the small gift to take home was a very nice touch. I also noticed that some of the floor tiles in the dining area appeared a little oily, while the bathroom looked as though it was in the middle of being cleaned or attended to but had been left unfinished. I informed staff of this discreetly. Overall, it is a beautiful restaurant with a lot of potential. The experience felt a little unsettled in places — perhaps partly due to the newness of the restaurant — and some of the service seemed slightly nervous. We left somewhat disappointed, particularly given the expectations and the price point, but I genuinely think that with a few adjustments to the pacing, service and finishing touches, this could become a very special place.

My first time to EST was marvelous! Six courses, appetizers and desert. The innovative and masterful.
We had an outstanding dining experience at Est. Every dish was beautifully crafted, full of flavour, and perfectly balanced. The quality of ingredients and attention to detail were exceptional, with smooth, attentive service throughout. Recommended to take the 6-course menu as every dish is worth it. It was a memorable evening which truly felt like an experience in a Michelin-star restaurant!
We ordered the Christmas take-away from EST and really enjoyed it. The food was well balanced, full of flavour and clearly made with great attention to detail. Everything was easy to reheat and still felt refined at home. A great way to enjoy a fine dining experience for Christmas, even as take-away.
