Delicious food paired with impeccable service. The staff were gracious, attentive, and wonderfully accommodating to our toddler. The setting was both beautiful and elegant.
We had a wonderful Monday lunch @ Hilton Brussels Grand Place. Nice restaurant with modern decoration, not many seats, reservations should be made. We start at the bar for small drinks before our lunch and been served by Lukas, good service and friendly. Thanks Lukas. We are so surprised for all our dishes, very nice presentations ,correct portion (not too small ) , fresh ingredients to make every dishes very tasteful and delicious. We try White Asparagus Flemish style, Shrimp Croquettes ( this dish is wow, there are something to give more taste than normal Shrimp Croquettes, I love it ) For our main course, Beef Stew Carbonade and Ostend Style Cod Fish. So yummy. I requested small surprise for my husband birthday. He got his Cheese Platter with candle and glasses of Cava. And the birthday song , singing by Fathy and Lukas. Thank you very much that both of you make our day complete and wonderful. Thanks again to Fathy Vercamer F&B Manager for your kindness concern. And big thanks to the Chef and his team work for the wonderful cooking.
The food here is amazing. Excellent place to come and try Belgian cuisine. The food was absolutely perfect and the service provided by Paulin was outstanding. He made the dining experience much more pleasant and enjoyable. The hardest part here is deciding what to order because everything is so good.
I had an excellent time at the lounge this weekend. The ambiance was good, and the served cocktails were good quality. Julia made the stay even more nice and served me very well. Looking forward to come back to Brussels soon.

We were so impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service that we returned every night for dinner—except for the one day the restaurant was closed! Each meal showcased thoughtful, expertly prepared dishes that delighted our palate and kept us eager for more. Christian’s friendliness and professional charm elevated our visits, creating a memorable dining experience worth repeating. Sentro is a true gem in Brussels, and thanks to Christian’s exceptional hospitality, it quickly became our favorite spot during our stay
