Gazzosa

Gazzoosa looks small from the outside and continues to reveal itself in layers once you are in. There is the ground floor with its tables crammed together in that very specific Italian way that makes you feel like you are eating with everyone simultaneously, then a whole other floor, and then a semi outside terrace that is technically inside, which sounds like a contradiction but somehow works completely. The menu is small and that is entirely the right call. Easy to navigate, easy to want all of it, and easy to justify ordering more than you planned because the selection makes every option feel considered rather than filler. The food is genuinely good and the natural wine list is well put together, the kind of selection that suggests someone actually thought about it rather than just adding a natural wine section because it is expected. The staff are lovely and know their stuff, or at the very least present it so convincingly that the outcome is the same. Either way you leave feeling looked after and well advised. Works equally well for a quick lunch or a proper evening out before or after a film nearby. The kind of place that fits the occasion rather than demanding you fit around it.
One of the best place for Italian food and ideal for a quick rest walking in Bruxelles. Great lively staff , great ingredients and a brilliant array of bottles of alternative Italian wines !! Great job guys!! Rock on !!
Friendly people, a cosy place and good wine. The food is tasty, but the portions are surprisingly small for the price. The first time I came it was acceptable, although still a bit small. The second time the portions were far too small for what we paid. We mentioned it before paying to be transparent with them. Unfortunately, I’m not sure I’ll come back.
