I like Bozar, though the total price is at high side, the food is delicious and with good portions. I like the fish dish and the beef dishes as well as other dishes in between. The Belgium waffle at the end is also very delicious with crispness outside and soft inside. If I come back to Brussels. I will revisit again without second thought. Service is also very attentive and professional.
Came for the Wellington but it was sold out, so went for the Bozar tasting menu instead—and no regrets. It’s listed as 7 courses, but with multiple starters and desserts, it felt like much more. I was already full halfway through. Service was very attentive, even checking in on pacing between courses. Every dish was beautifully presented and clearly well thought out, with flavours to match. The bread and desserts were especially memorable. Lovely, unique setting too—overall a great experience.
Food: I was wowed from the first dish. That simple rosemary cracker was so flavourful. I wish I could finish the last bit of dessert but I was way too full. Food was given a four star as I wish the flavours and texture of the duck to be better. There was a sweetness on the duck that my brain was not wired to expect. We went to another restaurant the next day and in comparison, that restaurant is going to get the five stars for food. Service: seriously top-notch. What you would expect of a fine dining restaurant. The attention to detail from tableside explanation and plating to the serving. It was lovely to watch them serving the table of four in front of us. Two servers in tandem. Atmosphere: enjoy the crowded restaurant with beautiful decor.
An amazing dining experience! The food was outstanding, with delicate and sophisticated flavors that I won’t soon forget. Great service, a warm atmosphere, and a very welcoming team. Huge compliments to the Chef!
Our family flew from America to celebrate my son’s 40th birthday. Out of all the places in North America, Europe and Asia him and his wife chose this restaurant. We ate there three years ago and were so impressed by the whole luncheon that we shared that this would more than meet expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was beyond excellent and all six of us enjoyed and incredible evening with even meeting the chef. A memory was made with a lifetime experience. Thank you that we were not disappointed.
