My wife and I visited Gueuleton on a Wednesday evening, and after seeing how popular it is, we understood why we had to book two weeks in advance to get a table. We started with the onglet de veau and the planche de jambon Mangalica Affinée, both of which were excellent and full of flavor. For the main course, we did what most people come here for: une pièce du boucher. We chose the Holstein, and it certainly lived up to its reputation. Perfectly cooked, tender, and absolutely delicious. While waiting for our food, we enjoyed a beer and a gin & tonic, and on a nice evening, the terrace provides a fantastic setting to relax. The whole experience was excellent: great food, a lovely atmosphere, and quality ingredients throughout. If you're a meat lover, this is definitely a place you should try. Highly recommended!
