We had a la carte menu, ordered pepper pork belly, monkfish, duck and cheesecake. The pork belly was nice but we didn’t feel the heat from the pepper, which wasn’t a problem just unexpected. The fish was served with soba which I enjoyed, duck was also good, nicely cooked. Although next time we would try a different dessert since cheesecake wasn’t anything exceptional. Very nice service, good solid drinks, good complimentary at the beginning and end.

A really enjoyable evening, service was excellent along with the food and drink. My ONLY criticism would be that the main dish of pork was sliced by the chef as the cutlery given, although nice, the knife was not substantial enough to cut through the pork comfortably. I would've preferred a well cooked piece of pork nicely sliced by the chef before serving. We will certainly be back the next time we're in Brussels, the octopus was 👌🏻👌🏻
Exceptional Dining experience at UMA! We are both gluten-sensitive, and the chef went out of his way to provide us with a memorable dinner. One of the best in Europe so far! The four-course meal was a perfect balance of flavors and unique twists (the Snickers dessert was insane). Note that the menu changes often. So grateful to have found a gluten-free fine dining restaurant! Thank you, UMA!
