The food was really good with very nice mix of savour and texture. Service very nice. The beers food combination was really interesting. It is really great to discover the beers of so many local breweries. Very nice concept with reasonable price. A place to try and to go again Congratulation to the team of GUS
This restaurant is too highly rated in our opinion. Food was good, bold and original; you might like it or not. However the quantity for that price is just getting annoying. "Yes but it's gastronomic"... 80g or fish/meat and one "Charlotte" potato is just not enough for 30+€. We had more to eat in our starter than in our main dish. Good beers. Waiter was sympathic and knew about the food. The wait time was not too excessive for a night dinner ( restaurant was half full ). The picture is from the starter.

We were pleasantly surprised by the sophistication of the food: high quality, tasty and beautifully presented. The beer pairing is nice and although beer is a central theme across the dishes, it is not that the beerflavour is too present. On the contrary dishes are well balanced and creative. Also the wine menu presents a wide and qualitative choice. If you are looking for non standard fine dinning option, i can highly recommend this place
