Name is slightly misleading because the taste palette will tingle your senses and keep you bound to your earthly endeavours. This place is an excellent option if you are looking for a slightly fancier medium priced option to experience something new. The presentation is indeed 'hip', the service friendly and the room cosy and calm enough for a talk.
Noce place to try different kinds of food. The menu has many dishes, and you can order small portions to taste a variety of flavors. Every dish can be made with different levels of spiciness, so everyone can choose what they like. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed my visit.
Although I have heard about this place before, I did not get the chance to go there. Finally went there last week and enjoyed it :) Our waitress, Karim, was very kind. He explained our options. I really like the fact there are three menues to choose from. We ordered one meat and one vegetarian, with "Belgian spice level" which was perfect for us. Food was tasty. Also nicely presented. Recommended.
What a lovely birthday dinner for my 45th! The waitstaff was super friendly and explained the dishes well; we didn't really have to ask for anything as they anticipated it without being overly in our faces. And there was so much food, despite just having a choice of three menus (meat & fish, veggie, vegan), and you can choose the level of spice you want. I had the veggie menu and everything was delicious and so filling. Plus, they brought out a little slice of vegan chocolate cheesecake for me as a little surprise! ☺️ I definitely want to try the other menus when we go back. The only downside, is that like many restaurants in these old buildings, it's not super accessible for disabled folks - there's a couple of stairs to get into the building and several to get up into the rest rooms.
Went here for a birthday meal tonight. The concept was fusion dishes between Indian and European cuisine, and they nailed it! The service was attentive and there are vegan, vegetarian, and meat options. Great place to celebrate a special occasion. 👌
