IN SHORT. Little paradise LOCATION. This restaurant is located in one of Brussels' most iconic neighborhoods: the Sablon district. It's right on a historic street, beautiful! The restaurant is very small, just like a "little treasure," but welcoming and warm. You feel right at home. SERVICE. The service is Oscar-worthy: the restaurant managers (a man and a woman) are extremely kind, professional, and helpful. The atmosphere is lovely, cheerful, and positive. Lunch becomes a pleasant experience. FOOD. What can I say: "OH MY GOD!" The cuisine is clearly homemade, with a brilliant use of vegetables and delicious sauces. I recommend our "Assiette decouverte." The "barbaris" are also delicious. PRICE. Adequate and fair! NOTE: Dogs are welcome! If well-behaved ;-)
A very nice discovery in Brussels, with a fascinating menu and combinations of rice, Persian spices, meatballs and chicon. Persian drinks as well as deserts and super friendly staff. Really worth a visit, you won't regret it!
I ordered their plate dish which had varieties of coucou. Taste was decent but it was super oily. It felt heavy after eating due to oil, perhaps they were compensating the less portion size of coucou (1 coucou = 1 slice of vegetable 😂) and rice with too much oil. Paid ~23 eur for this plate Secondly my friends preferred sandwich over plate. But the guy/ owner denied serving coucou in sandwiches despite it was on the menu. Excuse he gave was , he wanted to save it for evening customers... Strange behaviour..
I took the menu at 25€. Fusion Belgium-Iranian. Decilious, blend of spices. One of the restaurant for a while in Belgium. One cocktail but very tasty
Absolutey delicious. Healthy home-cooked feel. I was only in Brussels for two days and I went twice it was that good. Haleh hooked me up with the sampler platter and pomegranate meatball. The rice was incredible and the flavors on the aubergines were out of this world. I can’t wait to go again.
