Moscou is, without a doubt, the finest restaurant in Ghent. Its atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between elegance and ease, creating a refined dining experience that never feels intimidating. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Each dish is a work of edible art—beautifully presented, deeply flavorful, and perfectly attuned to the season. In my view, it delivers a clear two-Michelin-star experience.
I had a really lovely experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Everything was well prepared and beautifully presented.
W O W ! Very impressed by the whole experience. Everything is in place: original and delicious food combinations, nice and professional staff and nice aesthetics in the restaurant. Nice is that the kitchen is open to viewfrom the restaurant. Their Michelin Star is well deserved. Definitely recommended!
