At 'Comme chez soi' you will dine in a superb décor of warm, tawny wood Belgian master of Art Nouveau, Victor Horta.
There is originality, even alchemy, in the sole stuffed with crab, which comes to the table with shrimp in a tarragon sauce, but there is no trickery.
For groups about 10 up to 12 persons, is it possible to have a cooking demonstration by Lionel Rigolet on Wednesday afternoon, followed by a meal with assorted wines :
some explanation about the organization of the kitchen with a welcome drink, demonstration about the menu that will be served for dinner, aperitif with champagne in the wine cellar, with visit and some explanations, tasting of a 6-course menu with white wine, red wine, water and coffee included at the guest table in the kitchen. Truly something to do once in your life!
