Step inside an authentic Brussels chocolaterie and learn how real Belgian chocolate is made. Create your own chocolates, enjoy guided tastings, and leave with the treats you crafted by hand.

Highlights

  • A real artisanal chocolaterie where you make your own chocolates.
  • Hands-on workshop inside a working Brussels chocolate atelier.
  • Small-group experience led by real Belgian chocolatiers.
  • Authentic, local, artisanal: Belgian chocolate at its best.

Description

Your workshop begins with a warm welcome inside our artisanal chocolaterie, followed by an introduction to our craft and the history of our house. We then take you through the fascinating story of cacao: from the pod to the fermented beans, from roasting to the creation of the chocolate we work with every day. A first tasting lets you explore the aromas and textures that define our handmade production. Next comes the heart of the experience: creating your own chocolates. You will make mendiants and a personalized chocolate bar, giving you the freedom to express your creativity. While your creations set, our chocolatiers demonstrate how traditional Belgian pralines are made, and two people from your group are invited to participate hands-on. After a second tasting, your chocolates are ready: you unmold your creations, discover the final result, and package them to take home. The workshop ends with a friendly Q&A session, followed by a presentation of our artisanal products with the opportunity to purchase chocolates from our atelier. A complete, delicious, and engaging experience at the heart of Belgian chocolate.
